Michelle Monaghan: Midwestern Beauty

This American actress has put together a successful career as the leading lady alongside some of today’s biggest stars.  The Iowa-born Michelle Monaghan has been the arm candy to actors like Ben Stiller, Ben Affleck, Tom Cruise and others in films like Mission Impossible III, Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang and Gone Baby Gone.  When studying journalism at Columbia College Chicago (just a few years before this editor arrived there), Monaghan began modeling professionally– a side job that would take her to an acting career in New York City.  Here she is in a recent throwback to her work in modeling, a shoot she performed with photographer Johnny Gage.  Enjoy, StyleCravers…
