If you’re a regular reader of StyleCrave, you’ve likely noticed an obsession with Brazilian models. So when new shoots of Gisele Bundchen come out, you know we’re going to cover it. Miss Bundchen is pictured here in Elle Italy’s February spread, dressing down and lookly lovely as always. That shot above slays us– as there’s nothing like the morning after, seeing your special lady flirtatiously wearing your shirt from the night before. Even the great Zen philosopher and poet Basho celebrated that emotion in a haiku:
“In my new robe
this morning–
someone else.”
We’ll raise our glass to that, and to Miss Gisele Bundchen at the same time…

For her second (and noticeably less skintastic) feature on StyleCrave, Brazilian model Gianne Albertoni hits the streets of Paris to promote a clothing line that is meerly anectodal to our interest. We enjoy models quite a bit here on StyleCrave, and our daily coverage of the world’s most beautiful models is a prime example of that enjoyment. One thing we’ve come to respect in the time we’ve been running this column is the sheer dynamic nature of the Brazilian racial background. Due to its variety of racial heritage, Brazil has produced some of the world’s most beautiful and most varied models, from black to white, red to brown, thin to voluptuous. In her honor, we’ll enjoy ourselves a caipirinha this weekend– the Nation of Brazil’s official beverage. We certainly wouldn’t mind sharing one with Miss Albertoni…

Well, ladies and gents, the Brazilians have officially won the week– that’s 4/4, four Brazilian models in this week’s coverage of beautiful women on StyleCrave. We didn’t plan it that way, as we find the face first– then research the background. Today is a relative uknown, an up-and-comer named Katarina Scola who hails from Brazil, like the other three lovelies we’ve covered this week. Brazilian supermodel Raica Oliveira is well known in her home country– and with good reason. This 24-year-old model has been the muse of many of the country’s athletes, the best friend of supermodel Adriana Lima and a well-known reporter for the Brazilian Jornal Record. Miss Oliveira has quite a head on her shouldes as well, speaking five languages fluently and focusing her energy on charital causes like cancer victim support. Now 26, Barros has worked with brands like Victoria’s Secret, Guess, Chanel, Bebe and others. While we’re proud of Barros’ body of work, we’re a bit more taken by her look. While her background can be hard to place without knowing, this fresh-faced Brazilian is off Portugeuese and Spanish descent.
