It’s almost never that we’d feature a bar of soap here. But when the bar of soap in question is from style master Tom Ford, well, attention must be paid. You’re probably just fine with the three-pack of Zest you have now, but it’s perfectly normal to wonder how you might smell and how you might feel after a long, hot shower with the Tom Ford designer bar soap.

This padded leather case from +Beryll has me captivated–that’s some great sheen on the “metal” version. Also available in black, the Adam bag is intended for the iPad or a laptop, with dimensions of 15.75″ x 12″. Handcrafted in Los Angeles by “good people”–Beryll’s little tag line–the bag features an original edge on the flap that gives it an artistic, creative feel. It’s not just the shape and color that makes the bag very buyable, but the fact that it’s unisex. Does anyone you know have an iPad and a very ugly holder for it? Get this.

Girl with Curves‘ Tanesha Awasthi is a curvy style star to watch — and she’s looking lovely in the recent Refinery29 photoshoot preview, we might add. We’re glad to add Tanesha to our must-read list: she adds depth to daily style blogs on Tumblr with a great variety of thrifted and low-cost pieces, plus plenty of color. She’s curvy, she’s fun, and she’s going places. We first noticed her getting mentions on Carmakoma’s blog months back, but she headed for the big leagues with mentions in Marie Claire and now Refinery29 — plus a coveted trip on the Tumblr-sponsored NYFW excursion this fall.

People are already shopping for the holidays — are you? This time, we’re looking at opportunities to save ourselves some money so we can actually buy people gifts this time around (insert requisite economy-related grumbling here). Instead of tossing bags that look worse-for-wear, we should be making an effort to keep them somewhat fresh and usable. After all, it’s fall, and after this? Brace yourselves; we’re looking at nothing but cold weather and snow up ahead, and purses must be in tip-top shape to last the season. Indispensables follow!

Chloe Canvas Wedge Ankle Boots via Highsnobette
There’s a lot of bookmarking going on here at StyleCrave, and that includes pieces for the ladies. We’re looking at buttery ankle boots in the whirlwind of spring fashion that we’ll sadly be unable to wear until the next warm spell. With this sad news in mind, we’re gravitating towards some very fashionable booties that do have a link to fashion week after all — Surface to Air’s two pairs, shown after the jump, were on display during the New York shows and are the type of dream booties that we sincerely hope to buy this F/W 2011-12.

Lady Gaga is back with the release of the second fashion video for her latest single “Yoü and I”.
The short clip, known as “Haus of Ü ft. Bride,” debuted online Wednesday (9-14) and is the second in a series of six videos by Dutch design team Inez and Vinoodh. Each of the six films will spotlight one of Gaga’s fun characters from the original ‘You And I’ video – including her male alter ego, Jo Calderone.

Sometimes it seems as if there are a million different t-shirt shops on the web. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Because among the vast ocean of online hubs of cotton tees, you are going to find some terrific t-shirts featuring a wealth of vintage and modern designs that can easily fill a closet in a hurry.
One such online retailer of t-shirts is NerdyShirts, featuring t-shirt designs from popular movies, cartoons, video games, comic books and more. Based in Los Angeles and supplying cotton goodness since 2003, NerdyShirts is definitely a good place to peruse good deals and really cool t-shirts.

Brown leather can get sweaty, ratty, or stained, and while a watch with a brown band is a wardrobe necessity, it needs to have its darker, handsome cousin around — the all-black watch. A black band and a black face aren’t groundbreaking, but if it gets a fresh new look (see above), then you’re on the right track. A brilliant watch, black or otherwise, should be worn more than one way, and this one can be wrapped, rolled, and wound with the best of them (although it’s probably leading the pack, anyway).

I don’t know how anybody does it. But with the official ‘Get the Look’ app for the new comedy I Don’t Know How She Does It, it’s now easier to find out how the ‘She’ from the critically acclaimed bestseller by Allison Pearson actually does do it – which no one really knows how she actually does it. Or something like that.
However, the ‘Get the Look’ app for the comedy starring Sarah Jessica Parker – opening September 16th! – provides a great, mobile opportunity to get all the cool fashion from the film.
