It finally cracked the 60 degree mark here in the Midwest– and while the weather is expected to dip back to reality, that high signalled the official start of cycling season. Sure, the die hards have been riding for months, but the rest of us are filling up the tires, oiling the chain and hitting the pavement. We’re fixed gear riders here at StyleCrave, so a recent article at AskMen caught our interest– the Fixed Gear Bike Workout. Want to burn some of that winter weight to be ready for Spring? Climb on your fixie and feel the burn… [more at AskMen]

A surprise to no one, our least favorite part about alcoholic excess is the hangover the following morning. Throughout history, the hangover cure has been one of man’s most studied focal points of science. Even the Eggs Benedict dish was concocted as a cure for the common hangover. Apparently, the ASM Liquors group has developed a whisky called The Naked Scot that you can enjoy at night without the nagging head hell the next morning. While we won’t believe it until we try it, the claim is quite promising. [more at asylum]

“Half formula 1″ and “half fighter”, Tramontana R is an ultra-exclusive carbon-fiber supercar that definitely turns heads. While its appearance may attract some and scare others, the one seater manages to impress with its speed and lightness. Running on a Mercedes twin-turbo 12-cylinder engine that allows switching from 550 to 760 horses, Taramontana R knows a bit about speed. It gets 0 to 60mph in a mere 3.6 seconds and while in “missle-mode” gets you to 200mph in ONLY 10.15 seconds. We’re definitely in for a test drive… call us, Tramontana! [via Jalopnik]

A Democratic Assemblyman in the state of California has introduced a bill to fully legalize the production, transportation, sale and use of Marijauna in the state. While conservatives are shocked at the prospect (they apparently ignore all the science supporting the move), the California Department of Revenue is likely salivating at the potential tax revenue. How much are we talking? Some experts suggest around $1 Billion in annual taxes, but the final amount is likely a lot higher. Just think if the government could get their hands on the revenue channel of the world’s most economically productive cash crop? Arnold Schwarzenegger is likely getting the munchies just reading this… [more at COED Magazine]
