Omega Speedmaster Moonphase
By Jeffrey Hyatt
Unveiled at the recent Baselworld show, Omega introduces two new versions of the Speedmaster collection — now featuring Moonphase complications. The stylish watch features a metal bracelet or black alligator strap, water-resistance to 100 meters, the Omega caliber 1866 (a manual-winding chronograph with moonphase, which runs at 21,600 vph (3hz) and features a Glucydur balance), power reserve for 45 hours and a display featuring central hour-minute hands and small seconds at 9 o’clock.
The case is stainless steel and measures 44.25 mm in diameter and 14.07 mm in height; the bezel features a black ceramic ring, with tachymeter scale. The dial is a blackened aventurine, with applied indices, 2 SuperLuminova dots at 12 o’clock. [via professional watches]

I love this new watch from Omega! Looks to be a great chronograph from one of my favourite watchmakers.
