Despite a few attempts in recent years, talk show host Leeza Gibbons has yet to find a buyer for her 11,100-square-foot compound on an acre-plus plot in Hollywood Hills. The celeb is trying again, this time discounting the 7-bed/5-bath to $6.85 million from its $8.75 million high point in 2005. The Mediterranean-style home was built in 1926, was once owned by Joan Crawford, and has been completely remodeled to restore antique elements while retrofitting contemporary fixtures and appliances. A 2000 remodel added a two-and-a-half story guesthouse with an art studio, while the main house has been outfitted with a media room, gym, sauna and a handy separate entrance for staffers.
