Price Cut On NYC Real Estate Developer’s Swanky Townhouse
By Joe WertzNew York real estate developer Andrew Heiberger has again trimmed the price of his East 63rd Street townhouse, hoping to offload the six-story luxury space for $13.75 million. Heiberger paid $8.15 million for the home in 2004 and listed it in February for $16.85 million and discounting it to $14.85 million in June. The six-bedroom home has seven wood-burning fireplaces with carefully restored antique mantels. Granite countertops run opposite hardwood floors and the home has an updated kitchen, home theater, wine cellar and a rooftop deck that looks out upon Midtown. [via luxist, cityfile]
