Steve McQueen’s Former Ranch On Market For $1.95 Million

A sprawling, 15-acre ranch once owned by acting legend Steve McQueen and his third wife, Barbara Minty, is on the market for $1.95 million. The “King of Cool” and Ms. Minty moved into the Santa Paula, Calif, home in 1979 and married in the living room of the Victorian home in 1980. The estate has a three-acre Syrah vineyard and fruit tree orchard and three acres devoted horse care, training and riding and a 4,500 square-foot airplane hangar McQueen used to warehouse his Stearman biplane and car and motorcycle collection. Built in 1892, the home has period detailing and antique stained glass windows, but has been updated with commercial-grade kitchen fixtures and appliances. [via latimes]
