When Biz Stone wants to unload a little North Berkeley real estate, he simply turns to the micro-blogging service he cofounded. In a July 17 tweet, Stone announced it was time to move out of the cozy 2-bed/2-bath house and linked followers to a listing for the $575,000 home. The mid-century cottage is a small 800 square-feet, but it was designed by acclaimed California architect William Wurster, who used the home as his personal studio. [via freshome]
