Honda CR-Z Hybrid is Officially Coming to the US

In the best news that we’ve heard in a while, Honda has announced that it’s given the green light to the CR-Z hybrid. The next incarnation of the Honda CRX, one of the most stylish and memorable vehicles to come out of Honda stables, will be the latest Honda hybrid to hit the streets. The car is slated for US release in 2010. No new details have been offered with the news of the release, but if it brings back the sporty style of the CRX and looks anything like the CR-Z concept pictured in the gallery, it’s sure to be one of the more fun new cars on the market next year. Interesting styling concept. Very intriguing, but best judged in three-dimensions due to the interlacing of shapes on the vehicle. At this point, not quite convinced they work, especially in the rear and rear three-quarter view.
