The German tuning specialists at Hamann have pulled the wraps off of their new Typhoon – an unique Mercedes G55 AMG that shows its muscles. Featuring an HM600 power kit with better engine electronics, a biturbo setup for 600hp and 782 Nm of torque and a re-engineered transmission with oil cooler, the Hamann Typhoon gets to 100km/h in only 5.1 seconds (given the size) on it’s way to a max speed of 261 km/h. But other than being a real sport, the car also rides in style with all those carbon fiber additions, a front spoiler with LED-daytime running lights, exclusive 24-inch wheels, a revised rear bumper with an integrated diffuser and a six tailpipe exhaust system. While this may be targeted for Dubai and Russia, it’ll turn our heads if we ever see one stateside… [via WCF]

    i have a 1984 red 230GE convertible and i want to upgrade it to G55 engine and interior and all parts accordingly.
