Removing the shroud in Geneva last year with their C8 Aileron, the Dutch folks from Spyker caused some serious head turns. For this year’s salon, the jet-inspired supercar has been getting a more refined body that includes some eye catching LED turn indicators, scissor doors, a small rooftop air inlet and those stylish round air intakes in the flanks. As for what makes the C8 Aileron “fly”, there’s an Audi 4.2 liter V8 engine mated to a six-speed manual or automatic transmission, that outputs 400 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque. Capable of a top speed of 187 mph (300 km/h) and a 4.5-second 0-60 sprint, we’d love to get behind the wheel to check if it goes airborne or not. [via Jalopnik]
