There is a house in there. Really!  In that miniature city rain-forest, a green living house is comfortably adapted for this urban context. Befittingly named the Lost in Paris House, the Parisian designers from R&Sie Architects managed to cover this 130 sqm concrete building with a living skin. There are more than 1,200 ferns that form a stylish hydroponic system which gets all the needed nutrients from those 300 traditional glass-blown beakers that are filled with a special bacterial chemical culture mix. It’s definitely a provoking design that blends with the scenery and adds a tinge of freshness to the restless city. Just beautiful. [Wallpaper via Inhabitat]
