Thinking outside the box is what inspires the unconventional, but this concrete house in Gerês, Portugal, brings the unconventional within that proverbial box. Designed by Architects Graça Correia and Roberto Ragazzi to preserve the trees and blend with the colors of the landscape, the house overhangs towards the nearby lake. With a lovely interior enhanced by large windows, contemporary furnishings and minimalist style, we’re definitely in for a barbecue and a fishing party. Looks stunning from our end. [via Contemporist]
