One look at the beautiful Cape Schanck House and you’d think Roger Federer had it personally built in Australia to practice more on grass courts. Designed by Wolveridge Architects with a gorgeous tennis field view, the home also sports beautiful interiors with a minimalist design and extensive use of wood and glass. It looks spacious and elegant but the use of bolder colors could surely liven it up further. Set in a happening tourist spot on Australia’s Mornington Peninsula, the house has a grand presence and if you want to make it yours, be advised that it’s for sale. [via Contemporist]
