Once home for Hollywood’s brightest stars, Acapulco is undergoing a cultural renaissance of late. The Casa 3 home is a perfect example of this development. Designed by architect Hector Mestre in 1953 with an amazing view of the port, the building has been revamped by the at103 design firm to suit the needs of the residents without disturbing the mid-century charm and design. With extended bedrooms, redistributed bathrooms, a living-terrace-bar-dinning space on the roof and the refreshing pool, the building looks like a perfect blend between the hot Acapulco of the past and the vibrant present.
