Visa knows all too well how to get unwilling customers to spend money by throwing in some very tempting bait. They’re already taking applications for one of the most exclusive memberships, the new Black Card program. Limited to only 1% of US residents, the card includes some exquisite benefits such as 24 hour concierge service, luxury gifts and priority access to airport lounges.
