Located on the beach of Cape Cod, the Truro Residence is an astonishing energy-efficiency home with an amazing sea view. Designed by Zero Energy Design, the greenness of the 6,200 square foot building comes from a large rooftop solar array, a geothermal system, a heat recovery ventilator and the continuous layer of foam insulation that tries to keep everything under control.
