Amazing Fundo Izaro in the Chilean Outback

Designed by Martin Hurtado Architects and dubbed Fundo Izaro, the amazing home you see above is located in what looks like a beautiful mountain paradise in the heart of Chile. Using just wood and concrete, the simple structure blends in with the surrounding vegetation making it look like a well protected fortress which manages to create a sober and tranquil atmosphere. While we don’t know exactly if people live in that home or if it’s just a resting spot for tourists in the heart of the Chilean outback, it looks great. [via Design-Milk]
