At the 2008 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève, TAG Heuer’s Grand Carrera Calibre 36 RS Caliper Chronograph won the best sports watch title. With astonishing looks inspired by modern GT supercars and mixing elegant colors with a modern lineup, the watch is not just a visual attraction, but also an amazing technology amalgamation. All packed in a black titanium carbide-coated case with a tinted double sapphire crystal and using a “Black Gold” Rotating System, apparently that’s the only automatic cronographer that can measure and display 1/10ths of a second. Sounds like perfectness to me. Tommy has more details about it. [via Luxist]
