Spanish Hotel giants Sole Meliá have acquired the Sky Hotel in Barcelona and have revamped it with a touch of “Spanish Tango” to create a wonderful blend of the modern and the classic. The imperious Hotel Me creates a fusion of lights and patterns with its design, looking imperiously over the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of Tibidabo and Montjuïc. Designed by Dominique Perrault, constructed by Salazar Navarro architecture studio and decorated by Corada Figueras Arquitectos, it is an elegant and stylish blend of contemporary design with the Spanish ‘Reds’. The luxurious interiors and the minimalist design would definitely make it a delightful stay. [via Contemporist]
