Modular homes are amazing.
They cost less than
on site stick built homes too.
Love those modular homes.

These homes are beautiful and the cost savings are significant.

However, not one of these homes has a roof with a significant incline. They are not suited to climates with diverse weather such as the Northeast US.

Outstanding aesthetics of this house aside, what a lot of buyers come to realize is prefabricated structures have an incredible quality potential.

Segments of a prefabricated house are built to fit within a specific fixture. This fixture is commonly built of steel and the 2X4s, for instance, are placed within it and then secured to each other. This prevents any of those 2X4s from being spaced incorrectly, on an angle inappropriate for the purpose, and thereby raises the quality level far above an “on-site” constructed house.

The design, shown here, not only raises the bar for good looks but end result quality as well.
