The Mazda KAAN Electric Racer Concept

Predicting a future where electric racers will pull their power from a signal in the road as opposed to an internal power source, Mazda has designed the racer of the future.  The Mazda KAAN concept is a three-wheeled, one man speed demon suggested to climb to 250mph on the track.  The KAAN will be raced in teams of 30 cars, racing tightly together much like a cycling peloton for max aerodynamics.  Its going to take a lot for this concept to ever reach the light of day, but we do agree that come 2025, most racers will likely be electric… [laautoshow via dvice]
