Sustainable prefab houses are not an easy thing to build, but LA-based Taalman Koch Architects, managed to come up with a solution and designed the itHouse. Just outside the Joshua Tree National Park close to a new community dubbed “Three Junipers“, the itHouse only uses photovoltaic panels and solar thermal technology to turn sunlight into energy, is surrounded by native plants and has a very modern interior that promotes open space and glass walls. Another dream home? Probably! [via Inhabitat]
